1. 快速开始1. Quick start

页面顶部提供“跳到主要内容”链接。按 Tab 可依次浏览交互控件，按 Enter 或空格激活按钮；焦点位置始终应有清晰轮廓。A Skip to main content link appears at the start of each page. Use Tab to move through controls and Enter or Space to activate buttons; the current focus should always have a visible outline.

• Alt+C：切换手动高对比模式。Alt+C: toggle manual high contrast.
• Alt+L：切换简体中文与英文。Alt+L: switch Simplified Chinese and English.
• Alt+T：切换浅色与深色主题。Alt+T: switch light and dark themes.
• Alt+R：在支持的工具中转到最新结果。Alt+R: move to the latest result in supported tools.
• /：在支持的工具中聚焦第一个输入。/: focus the first input in supported tools.

2. 读屏与键盘2. Screen readers and keyboard

页面使用语义化标题、导航、主要内容和结果区域。动态结果与显示设置变化通过状态区域播报；装饰图形尽量从辅助技术中隐藏。Pages use semantic headings, navigation, main content, and result regions. Dynamic results and display-setting changes are announced through status regions, while decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology where practical.

文件选择区、标签页、对话框和结果控件应可在不使用鼠标时操作。若焦点丢失、名称不清楚或播报过多，请把页面地址、浏览器和辅助技术版本发送给我们。File pickers, tabs, dialogs, and result controls should work without a mouse. If focus is lost, a name is unclear, or announcements are excessive, send us the page URL plus your browser and assistive-technology versions.

3. 颜色、对比度与动效3. Color, contrast, and motion

Aa+ 按钮或 Alt+C 可开启手动高对比模式。该模式使用更强文字对比、加粗边界与更清晰焦点，并保留文字、符号或选中标记，避免只用颜色表达状态。Use the Aa+ button or Alt+C for manual high contrast. It strengthens text contrast, boundaries, and focus, while retaining text, symbols, or selection marks so state is not communicated by color alone.

首次访问会参考系统的深浅主题、高对比与减少动态效果偏好；保存的手动选择优先。Windows 强制色模式由系统颜色接管。On first visit, the site considers system color scheme, contrast, and reduced-motion preferences; a saved manual choice takes priority. Windows forced-colors mode remains under system control.

4. 缩放、窄屏与触控4. Zoom, narrow screens, and touch

核心页面以 320px 和 390px 窄屏、中文与英文、浅色与深色组合进行自动回归。页面应支持浏览器文字或页面缩放并尽量避免横向滚动；主要触控操作目标原则上不小于 44px。Core pages are automatically checked at 320px and 390px across Chinese, English, light, and dark combinations. Pages should tolerate browser text or page zoom and avoid horizontal scrolling where practical; primary touch targets are designed to be at least 44px.

5. 反馈与替代方式5. Feedback and alternatives

如果某个工具阻止你完成任务，请邮件联系 [email protected]，主题写“无障碍问题”，并说明页面地址、想完成的任务、设备、浏览器和辅助技术。请不要在邮件中附上密码、身份证件、医疗记录或其他敏感工具输入。If a tool prevents you from completing a task, email [email protected] with Accessibility issue in the subject and include the page URL, intended task, device, browser, and assistive technology. Do not include passwords, identity documents, medical records, or other sensitive tool input.

我们的工程基线参考 WCAG 2.2 AA，并自动检查结构、名称、键盘、焦点、对比度、窄屏与核心功能。这不是任何国家或地区的法律合规认证。Our engineering baseline is oriented toward WCAG 2.2 AA and automatically checks structure, names, keyboard operation, focus, contrast, narrow screens, and core functions. It is not a legal compliance certification in any country or region.

自动化无法替代真实残障用户、NVDA/JAWS/VoiceOver/TalkBack、开关控制、语音控制、200%/400% 缩放和目标市场法律专业人员的人工复核。发现问题后，我们会按影响程度持续改进。Automation cannot replace review by disabled users, NVDA/JAWS/VoiceOver/TalkBack, switch control, voice control, 200%/400% zoom, and legal professionals in each target market. We will continue improving issues according to impact.
