选择图片与目标大小Choose the image and size target
打开轻图，选择“表单与文档”预设，或自己填写目标 KB。这个预设使用 200 KB、JPEG 和 1920 像素最长边；有具体要求时再修改。Open Qingtu and choose the Forms & documents preset, or enter your own target in KB. This preset uses 200 KB, JPEG, and a 1920-pixel longest edge. Adjust it to the actual requirements.
选格式，保留需要的内容Choose a format and keep the content you need
照片可以先试 JPEG。需要透明背景时试 PNG 或 WebP，并确认接收方支持。轻图导出 JPEG 时会把透明区域铺成白色。不需要裁剪就保留原比例。Try JPEG for a photo. For transparency, try PNG or WebP if the destination accepts it. Qingtu fills transparent areas with white when exporting JPEG. Keep the original aspect ratio unless you want a crop.
处理后看一眼，再下载Inspect the result before downloading
运行处理，检查实际文件大小与尺寸，放大看看文字和人脸是否清楚。目标太小时，工具可能继续缩小像素尺寸；模糊了就提高目标大小再试。Run the tool and check the actual file size and dimensions. Zoom in on text and faces. A tight target may reduce pixel dimensions further; raise the target if the result is too soft.

size, dimensions, readability这些边界，也说清楚。Keep these limits in mind.
压缩工具不保证证件照或报名系统验收通过；背景、构图和像素要求仍需单独核对。Compression does not guarantee acceptance by an ID-photo or application system. Check its background, framing, and dimension rules separately.
PNG 可能需要明显缩小像素尺寸才能接近目标；不要只看 KB 而忽略可读性。PNG may need a substantial reduction in dimensions to approach the target. Do not trade away readability just to hit a KB value.
