1. 适用范围1. Scope
本政策适用于通过 MiluLand 商品页购买的一次性可下载数字产品。当前正式付款尚未开放；开放后，Paddle 将作为 Merchant of Record 处理付款和退款流程。This policy applies to one-time downloadable digital products purchased through MiluLand product pages. Live payment is not currently open; once it opens, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment and refund flows.
2. 可以申请退款或补发的情况2. When to request a refund or replacement
请在购买后 14 天内联系 [email protected]，并提供订单邮箱、交易或收据编号以及问题说明。Contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with the order email, transaction or receipt number, and a description of the issue.
- 文件损坏、无法下载或交付内容明显缺失。The file is corrupted, cannot be downloaded, or materially incomplete.
- 收到的商品与商品页描述明显不符。The delivered product materially differs from the product-page description.
- 因技术问题产生可核实的重复扣款。A verifiable duplicate charge occurred because of a technical issue.
3. 改变主意与数字内容3. Change of mind and digital content
在下载或访问数字内容后，单纯改变主意的退款通常无法保证。我们仍会根据具体情况、Paddle 的买家条款和适用消费者法律公平审查请求。你的强制性法定权利不受本政策影响。After digital content has been downloaded or accessed, a change-of-mind refund is generally not guaranteed. We still review requests fairly based on the circumstances, Paddle's buyer terms, and applicable consumer law. Your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
4. 处理方式4. Resolution
我们可能先提供新的安全下载链接、替换文件或修复版本。若问题无法合理解决，符合条件的退款将通过原付款方式由 Paddle 处理。银行入账时间取决于付款方式和金融机构。We may first provide a fresh secure download link, replacement file, or corrected version. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, an eligible refund is processed by Paddle to the original payment method. Bank posting time depends on the payment method and financial institution.
5. 取消5. Cancellation
当前商品均为一次性购买，不是自动续费订阅，因此没有后续周期需要取消。若未来提供订阅，商品页和结账页会在付款前明确说明周期和取消方式。Current products are one-time purchases, not auto-renewing subscriptions, so there is no future billing cycle to cancel. If subscriptions are offered later, the product and checkout pages will state the billing period and cancellation method before payment.
